easy avocado mozzarella salad recipe

Avocado is such a thing right now and for good reason! It’s delish and you can do a lot of great recipes with it. Here’s one which is really simple and it has only a few ingredients.
Ingredients: Good for 2 servings
- 1 Avocado
- 250g Mozzarella
- 7-10pcs cherry tomatoes / 3 plum tomatoes
- a handful of fresh basil leaves / 2-3 tsp.of dried basil will also do
- 2-3 tbsp. Olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Cube the avocados and chop the basil leaves. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half or if you are using plum tomatoes, cube them. Put all ingredients in a bowl. Dribble with olive oil and sprinkle it with salt and pepper to taste. Mix and serve. Eat it as is or with your favorite brown bread.
